Returns and Cancellation
Can I return my item?
If you have received your item(s) and for any reason you wish to return it/them for a replacement or for a full refund, please fill out the contact form below and include the full name attached to the order along with your order number and reason for return. Please also remember to let us know in your message whether you are looking for a full refund or replacement.
Partial/full refunds will only be processed if the item(s) are returned within 30 days of being received. After this time, only a replacement item(s) can be issued.
The length of time it takes for the funds to be returned to you depends on the payment method used at checkout.
My item(s) arrived broken, what can I do?
We take all measures to ensure your item(s) arrive(s) in pristine condition, however, unfortunately, on occasion, accidents do happen while in transit. If your item(s) has arrived damaged, please let us know us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to ship out a replacement. Please email email@example.com with your order number, the name attached to the order and an attached photo as evidence of the damage to the item.
Do I have to return my item for a refund?
If your item(s) have arrived broken/faulty and we have received proof of this, there will be no need to return the damaged item and a replacement will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
However, if, for some other reason, you wish to receive a full refund, this will only be processed if the item(s) is/are returned within 30 days of you receiving them, with postage costs being paid for by the customer. For a return address please fill out the form below with your order number, the full name attached to the order and your reason for wanting to return your item(s).
Can I Cancel My Order?
You have the right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us via the contact form below within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
